- Custom 3-D Landscape drawing of property to be Landscaped with 360 degree view – Approved by homeowner on laptop computer with high Graphics – Includes 1 hour of consultation with homeowner.
- Remove all plants and shrubs in flower beds in front, back and side yard removing all weeds and debris.
- Re-work existing flower beds – Install the proper mix soil – Install black or brown mulch – Build new beds to the proper height and proportion – Beds to be added or removed as outlined in 3-D drawing.
- Install plant material and rock work as outlined in the 3-D Drawing approved by the homeowner.
